If you haven't visited us before, Staunton is a wonderful city of 25,000 nestled between the Blue Ridge and the Allegheny Mountains in the central Shenandoah Valley of Virginia -- at the junction of U.S. Interstate Highways 81 and 64, about two hours from the Washington, D.C., Capital Beltway. It is rich in history and Victorian architecture and in recreational and educational opportunities -- from skiing in winter to the Museum of American Frontier Culture and the Woodrow Wilson Birthplace and a knock-out celebration on the Fourth of July. If you'd like to take the original Grand Tour, click the blueline at the bottom of the main page, but first spend some time with us here. Even if there's not something special you're after, something just might catch your eye. We have everything from locally handmade items to industrial products, and commercial real estate for your business, too -- and some elegant places for you to stay if you decide to really come see us. For some of these, and additional opportunities of possible interest, check into the other categories on the main page. In the meantime, let's do what you're here for -- some serious looking around!
If you want to contact our businesses, you can use the numbers and addresses given, or email, through The Staunton Marketplace.
